Concept & Strategy
At f/p design in Munich, I designed a workshop for a start-up in the automotive industry as part of the marketing strategy. Analysing the touchpoints to potential stakeholders, should help to evaluate and plan the future processes holistically.
First, personas were created by focusing on the needs and expectations of the consumer. In the following, several customer journeys could be identified.
Analysing the most important touchpoints (in this case mainly in acquisition) will help to use future budgets in a strategic way. With our workshop we made an important contribution to long-term business success.
