How might we improve the old cloth donation process in Germany?
Every year over 1.000.000 million tonnes of cloths are being donated in Germany. But do you know what happens with them after the donation?

There are several issues regarding the donation process in Germany. Donors don’t know what happens to their clothes after donation. Usually they are sold to retailers who are interested in making profit. Also, the use of the containers as rubbish cans and the logistically complicated emptying is a problem.
Based on the findings from the research and the expert interview, we derived requirements for our solution approach. This in turn generated criteria for the development of a concrete concept. These can be divided into the three areas of communication, product design and infra- structure.
The first step was to understand what attention disorder is and how it can be improved by neurofeedback training. We met several experts in that field, to understand and test the training. Followed by interviews and workshops with specialists to identify problems and to review existing ideas. Talking to neurologists helped us to understand the requirements of a neurofeedback training. We also gained insights of the user group and the growing market.
